Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  These items are NOT applicable for return or exchange.

Embroidered or screen printed items are exempt from returns, but if  there is a defect, we will resubmit your order to our screen printer to be fixed.

To complete ANY return, we require a receipt.

 

Soccer Ball Returns: Must fall within the same 30 day return policy and require a receipt.  All soccer ball returns must be approved by our Retail Soccer Shop Director.  You may leave your soccer ball with the shop worker in the evening or on weekends, but will only be approved during normal business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm.  You must leave your contact information when the soccer ball is dropped off and someone will contact you to let you know if your return has been approved to pick up a new ball.
